How to Lead a Healthy Life
An healthy life can be defined as a perfect life in which we have no ailments to suffer from, in fact our body must work in perfect condition. But an healthy life isn’t limited to the physical body, but this term also extends to the health of mind. The health of our body is directly linked to the state of our mind. Whenever we are depressed, it’s effects are realised on the physical body.
Many of us want to know the secret of How to Lead a Healthy Life without any pills or medication over a long period of time. I have written a guide with what you should do every day to Lead a Healthy Life without any great effort, and replenish your energy ten fold.
Here is what you have to do:
Step 1 – Preparation
* Morning – 5:00 to 7:00 am, 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 at night (best timing for meditation)
* quiet room
* no tight clothing, no objects on you
* windows open but not sitting next to the window
* rub the face, eyes, ears, middle, feet
* turn your head head left and right 12 times
* stretch the tendons, hands, legs, swallow your saliva.
* clench your teeth while massaging the gums
* before exercising go to the bathroom, wash your hands, face, breathe a few times and think “I am exercising”
Step 2 – Position
* 1/3 of your posterior on the chair, with testicles free from the chair
* legs slightly apart, feet on ground
* Calf-thigh angle of 90 degrees
* back straight, head bowed in front Slightly
* hands over the abdomen – Below the right hand – left hand
* breath with your stomach. Not with the lungs. The breathing must look natural.
* tongue touches the hard palate of mouth
* focus on navel
Step 3 – End of the exercise
* open your eyes slightly
* rub your hands – “wash” from the top down (from forehead to chin) in the middle and then his face – in your mind think: “i am young, i am young my face is bright”. Repeat 9 times.
* massage the scalp with fingers from face to back side of the head – in the middle, then the lateral part of the brain 3 times each
* beat the palms (fingers and palms spaced rounded) 3 times
* massage the ear area 9 times
* pull ears out (softly not hard! )
* massage vertebral column 9 times
* chin move, up, down, back 9 times
* The use of mind in any situation
* The mental focus on the navel and energy, focus on a person or a flower, tree, etc.. Whenever you think of flowers, people, make them your masters so you can receive energy.
Do these steps everyday and you shall become more and more healthy.
